Troubleshooting: How do I resolve the error No Printers are Installed?

Issue: Yellow Dog is unable to detect any printers being installed on the PC in question.

Resolution: Check that you have a default printer selected. For Yellow Dog to detect that there are any printers installed, you must have one printer selected as the default.

  1. Windows Start Menu
  2. Type: Control Panel

  1. Navigate to Devices and Printers

  1. Right Click-Select Set as Default Printer. As a note: the default printer does not have to be your Zebra Label Printer.
