Troubleshooting: How do I resolve the error No Printers are Installed?
Issue: Yellow Dog is unable to detect any printers being installed on the PC in question.
Resolution: Check that you have a default printer selected. For Yellow Dog to detect that there are any printers installed, you must have one printer selected as the default.
- Windows Start Menu
- Type: Control Panel
- Navigate to Devices and Printers
- Right Click-Select Set as Default Printer. As a note: the default printer does not have to be your Zebra Label Printer.
