How do I confirm which version of the Mobile App I am on?

Issue: Yellow Dog support has asked me to confirm what version of the mobile app I have installed, and I uncertain where to find that information. 

Resolution: The Mobile App version can be found in the Support Menu.  

  1. Login to the app in question. This will be the same for Count Retail & YDMobile. 




  1. Navigate to the 3 black lines/menu bar.                    




  1. Select Support




  1. Scroll to the bottom to confirm the version number
