Resolution: Yes! Use the Canceled feature within your Purchase Order to indicate that it has been cancelled and resolve the on-order quantities. 
    
   
    - Navigate to the Purchase Order in question and double click to open the editor. 
 

    
   
    - Check the box Canceled to let the system know that you will not be receiving this product and resolve the on order quantity. 
 

    
   
    - Verify that the status of the Purchase Order updated to Ordered – Canceled
 

    - Verify that the On-Order quantity updated to no longer include the quantity on the Purchase Order. Note: You may need to hit Refresh Data to see the quantity update.
