Tips & Tricks: How do I update a large number of items at once?




Issue: Need to update the level/Vendor/Store assignment etc. of many items at once. 

Trick: This can be done via one of the many Right-Click Functions. 

Tip: Right-Click functions are dictated by permissions. If you cannot see the option, you are looking for when Right-Clicking see your on-site Yellow Dog Admin for additional permissions. 


  • Highlight the items in question>Right Click>Select the pertinent function. Depending on the field you are updating, it may be easier to filter your items to one level or vendor.  As a note, the more items you highlight the longer it may take update your items.
