Troubleshooting: Why can’t I edit some of my items?

Troubleshooting: Why can’t I edit some of my items?

Unable to edit items.

This may be caused by the item being marked as approved.

To check if the item has been marked as an approved item:
  1. Navigate to Item Management > Inventory Items.

  2. Click to highlight the item and select Edit Item.

  3. Select the Other Details tab.

  4. Review the Approve Item box to see if it is selected.
If the Approved Item box is selected and you cannot edit the item, it means the item has been approved and you do not have permission to make changes.

If the item is marked as an approved item and you do not have the ability to edit, speak with the administration of Yellow Dog at your company to determine if you should be a user with access to edit approved items.
